Becky Hall is an experienced sports massage therapist, as well as being an osteopath, and has worked with elite athletes for nearly 10 years. Athletes, riders, rugby, football, lacrosse and hockey players have all been treated successfully. Becky has treated at multi-discipline events such as the Commonwealth Games and the World Equestrian Games, in addition to the London Marathon, international lacrosse matches, and club football. She was also a member of the volunteer Sports Massage Team, supporting all the athletes in the Olympic Village, in Athens 2004. Sports massage is vital to optimum preparation for training events and for recovery from training, races or matches when further performance is needed in a short space of time. Massage techniques, muscle energy, NMT and stretch are all incorporated in treatment.
